DayZ Frostline Merch Giveaway T&C

Scope
The following additional terms govern the DayZ Frontline Merch Giveaway (“Giveaway”) organized by Ananda Digital Technologies B.V. (“Ananda”), in connection with the purchase of DayZ Standard Edition. These Giveaway terms apply alongside and form an integral part of the general Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) of Ananda. By willingly participating in this Giveaway, you expressly acknowledge and accept these T&C, including this Clause 8.10.

1. Eligibility

   • The Giveaway is available only to the first fifty (50) paying customers who purchase DayZ Standard Edition via the Website from the European Union, United Kingdom, or United States.

   • To be eligible, customers must place a valid order for DayZ Standard Edition within the Giveaway period and provide complete and accurate billing information at checkout, which will serve as the shipping information. The Merch will be sent to the address supplied.

   • All information provided by participants must be true, accurate, and complete.

   • Each customer may participate once only. Multiple entries from the same person, account, household, or address will not be accepted.

2. Giveaway Period

   • The Giveaway will run from 25 September 2025 for a period of two (2) weeks or until the fifty (50) eligible orders have been completed, whichever occurs first.

   • Ananda reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Giveaway at its discretion.

3. Exclusions and Misconduct

   • Ananda reserves the right to exclude from the Giveaway and, where applicable, take legal action against participants who:

     • Assume the identity of other persons (with or without their consent);

     • Register or participate with false, inaccurate, or incomplete data;

     • Attempt to alter the rules or spirit of the Giveaway;

     • Attempt to defraud, disrupt, interfere with, or impair the proper functioning of the Giveaway;

     • Attempt to manipulate or tamper with the Giveaway process through technical means, scripts, programs, or any form of hacking, cheating, or fraudulent conduct;

     • Directly or indirectly harm or question the reputation, goodwill, intellectual property rights, or staff of Ananda, Bohemia Interactive Studio, or any associated companies.

   • Employees of Ananda, its affiliates, and their direct family members, as well as any third parties directly or indirectly involved in organizing the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.

4. Fulfilment & Delivery

   • Eligible customers will receive physical promotional merchandise (“Merch”).

   • Merch will be shipped by or on behalf of Bohemia Interactive Studio and/or designated shipping partners using the shipping information provided at checkout.

   • Customers acknowledge that Ananda is not liable for any delay, loss, misdelivery, or damage to the Merch once transferred to the carrier. Replacement or re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.

5. Data Protection

   • To participate, customers must provide the following information: full name, shipping address (including address lines, postcode/zip, and country), e-mail address, and telephone number.

   • This information will be processed solely for the purposes of identifying eligible participants, facilitating fulfilment, and arranging delivery of the Merch.

   • The data will be shared only with Bohemia Interactive Studio and the relevant shipping partner(s) as strictly necessary to carry out the Giveaway.

   • The telephone number will be used only for shipping purposes (e.g., carrier contact) and under no circumstances for marketing.

   • Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://allyouplay.com/topic/legal-notice?id=14.

6. Customs & Charges

   • Merch is sent free of charge. Any customs duties, taxes, or import requirements that may apply in the customer’s jurisdiction are the responsibility of the customer. Ananda does not accept liability for such costs.

7. No Cash Alternative

   • The Merch cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, digital content, or alternative products.

8. Governing Law

   • These Giveaway Terms are subject to and construed in accordance with Dutch law as set out in Clause 20 of these Terms and Conditions.
