The balance of the H&M Gift Card is valid for up to 5 years after the date on which you last used the card. It is not possible to exchange the H&M Gift Card for cash. When an item paid for with an H&M Gift Card is returned, its value will also be refunded to an H&M Gift Card. H&M is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the H&M Gift Card.
