By obtaining or using this gift card, you accept the following terms and conditions. The gift card itself (not the receipt) can be used to pay for goods in all H&M and H&M HOME stores in Belgium or online at www.hm.com using the PIN code on this card. The balance on the gift card will be reduced by the value of the purchased goods until the balance reaches zero. You can check the balance of your card at www.hm.com, on the receipt, or in an H&M or H&M HOME store. The gift card cannot be returned and is not exchangeable for cash. The gift card is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase. In the event of loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use, or if the gift card is no longer legible, H&M cannot be held liable and will not refund the balance. H&M reserves the right to refuse payment with the gift card if payment is not possible due to a technical malfunction.
