How to create a PlayStation account

To redeem a PlayStation Gift Card, you need a PlayStation Network (PSN) account.

• If you already have an account, simply log in.

Guide to activate your PlayStation Gift Card

1. Open your web browser and go to the PlayStation Store redemption page:
   https://store.playstation.com/redeem

2. Sign in to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.

3. On the redemption page, you will see a field to enter your 12-digit PlayStation Gift Card code.

4. Carefully enter or paste your code into the blank field.

5. Click Redeem to confirm.

6. If the code is valid, the wallet funds will be added to your PlayStation account.

7. Done! Your PlayStation balance can now be used to purchase:

   • Games and DLC

   • PlayStation Plus subscriptions

   • In-game content and add-ons

Alternative redemption via PlayStation console

On PlayStation 5 (PS5)

1. Go to PlayStation Store from the home screen.

2. Select More (…) and choose Redeem Codes.

3. Enter your gift card code and select Redeem.

On PlayStation 4 (PS4)

1. Open PlayStation Store.

2. Scroll down and select Redeem Codes.

3. Enter your code and confirm.
