How to create a Microsoft / Xbox account

In order to activate your Xbox PC game, you need a Microsoft account.
This account is used for Xbox, Microsoft Store, and Xbox App on PC.

Guide to activate your Xbox game

Activate via Microsoft Store (recommended)

1. Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC.

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.

3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

4. Select “Redeem code or gift cards”.

5. Enter your 25-character activation code.

6. Click Next and confirm.

Done!
Your game is now linked to your account and can be downloaded immediately or later.

Activate via Xbox App on PC (alternative method)

1. Open the Xbox App on your Windows PC.

2. Log in with your Microsoft account.

3. Click your profile picture in the top left corner.

4. Select “Redeem a code”.

5. Enter your activation code and confirm.

Once activated, the game will appear in your library and will be ready to download.
