Official Release Date: Generally, your key will be delivered directly to your account on the game’s official release date.

Early Access: If a game includes Early Access, we’ll make sure to clearly mention this on the product page. In these cases, you’ll receive your key in time for the Early Access start date.

Instant Delivery Goal: Our mission is to get your keys to you the second they become available from the publisher.
